See 22 iconic prints of Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, Elizabeth Taylor, Mick Jagger, John Lennon and Keith Richards to name a few, providing an insight into over 50 years of Hollywood.
A shoot with Elizabeth Taylor catapulted Douglas Kirkland’s career in 1961 and a photo shoot during one night alone with Marilyn Monroe in bed cemented Douglas Kirkland’s status as one of world’s most sought after and celebrated photographers.
Limited to 25 editions worldwide, the photographic prints are signed by Douglas and printed from authentic negatives by the photographer himself in his Los Angeles studio making each print an incredible piece of pop culture history. More information attached.
Throughout his 60-year career, Kirkland has also worked on the set of over one hundred motion pictures including The Sound of Music, Titanic, Australia, The Great Gatsby and Moulin Rouge.
